Question For Hunting Small Game I have a Kimber 22 250 Rifle w/a Leupold VXIII 6.5 20 – 50mm LR scope Would?

this also be good to hunt Big game such as antelope & Deer or should I use a larger Caliber rifle ?

That is neither a small game nor a big game rifle. That is a varmint rifle suitable for shooting prairie dogs, woodchucks, fox and anything up to the size of a coyote.

A 22-250 could kill a deer and I have heard of it being done, but the bullets are a bit on the light side to adequately kill a deer or larger game, if the bullets hit bone and so forth.

Small game rifles are 22 LR and 22 WMR.

Big game rifles start at about 25 caliber and go up from there.

How can I make my backpack cute?

So, here’s the deal, I’m a junior in high school, I bought a neutral grey backpack (It’s one of those swiss army ones). I’m taking a few advanced courses, so I’m NOT willing to lug around a tote and kill my poor back.

However, my back pack looks very much like a man’s bag. How can I make it look a bit more feminine?

NO Rhinestones or anything that is required to glue on it, it looks tacky and cheap.

1. Key chains
2. Colorful accessories
3. SHARPIE doodling
4. Those plushies on a key chain?
5. Pins
6. Friendship bracelets (on the zipper pulls)

Hope this helps! :)

I need a laptop bag that corresponds to a 17 "HP wide sceen?

I bought a bag laptop backpacks and swiss army says 17 ", I guess that meant the screen, but when I got it when I could not not completely zip. Any body know a brand or image that could search?

I use a Timbuk2 messenger bag. (Large size) You can customize the colors, pockets, and materials. There are a variety of messenger bags, so it can work. The disadvantage is cost.

Can you sue estate of a “probable” wrongdoer who has damaged your property?

Reading _Darwin Awards 3_ and hit on confirmed case (p. 37) of a man who was killed by falling tree limb. (Per report, had hiked several miles into HI ranch at night, cut branch of valuable koa hardwood tree RIGHT OVER his head, and….Corpse reported found still in tree, 20 feet above ground, and Honolulu Star-Bulletin 18 Feb 2002 is source).
The guy is dead and CANNOT stand trial/defend himself on trespass or property damage charges, but koas DO produce really valuable wood (guitars, I think), and the tree might have been damaged vitally….

Any legal eagles or buffs out there want to venture an opinion, for the heck of it? And why/why not?

Yes. But “probability” is insufficient. The claimant must prove the deceased committed the tort. Moreover the claim must be filed within the time limit for filing estate claims (much shorter than a normal statute of limitations) & the estate must have sufficient assets to pay the claim. Then the claimant can’t sue unless the estate denies the claim. If the estate does not deny the claim, it must be paid out of non-exempt property only to the extent there is such property.

Thinking about buying a Food Dehydrator, anything I should know?

Basically am going on a backpacking trip in august and am considering to buy a Dehydrator…this Nesco one in particular to be honest. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=1120727 Can anyone give me some tips of things to keep an eye out for and if this one from walmart that Im thinking about is a good beginner one. Thanks!

I’ve had a Ronco for at least 30 years! Make sure you have at least 4 trays, and some of the flat plastic inserts that you can fit into 1 or 2 trays. The inserts cover the surface of the tray, and allow you to put liquids on them, so that you can make fruit roll-ups. I’ve also found that herbs dehydrate better on them too, since they won’t fall through the slots in the trays then. Canned peach halves (drained) work extremely well, if you want dried fruit ….. and, when you can find London Broil at a good price, buy alot and use that for jerky. Have fun! You’ll love it!….
